Rockotis a three-stage liquid fuelled lightweight launch vehicle. The first two stages are essentially the booster stack of the SS-19 (RS-18) strategic missile, and the Breeze KM upper stage is used as the third stage. The Rockot can launch 1.95t payload into Low Earth Orbit (LEO).
